These booking terms apply to direct bookings of holiday accommodation with Salzkammergut Homes unless otherwise agreed in the individual booking offer or booking confirmation.
Submitting an enquiry through this website is non-binding and does not constitute a booking. After checking availability and conditions, the guest receives a personal booking offer or confirmation. An accommodation contract is concluded only upon express acceptance or confirmation of the booking.
The prices, payment deadlines and payment conditions stated in the individual booking offer or confirmation apply. Additional services or charges are shown separately where they are not already included in the total price.
For direct bookings, unless otherwise agreed in the individual booking offer, cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the agreed arrival date. For later cancellation, no-show or early departure, the cancellation conditions expressly agreed in the booking offer or confirmation apply.
The arrival and departure times applicable to the relevant accommodation, together with key handover or check-in information, will be communicated to the guest before arrival.
The accommodation may only be used by the agreed number of guests and for accommodation purposes. Guests must treat the accommodation and its contents with care and observe the house rules communicated for the property.
Damage caused by the guest or accompanying persons must be reported to Salzkammergut Homes without delay. Statutory provisions apply to damage caused culpably.
Pets, baby cots and other additional requests must be stated in the enquiry. Availability and any additional charges will be specified in the individual booking offer or confirmation.
For accommodation services provided for purposes other than residential purposes, there is no statutory 14-day withdrawal right where the contract provides for a specific date or period (§ 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG).
Where these booking terms or the individual booking offer do not provide otherwise, statutory provisions apply. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
